Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States and many countries worldwide. The full list of available countries is shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Packing

Handmade ceramics are fragile. Each piece is wrapped and packed carefully so it arrives safely.

Duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout. Depending on your country, they may be charged by your local customs or carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged items

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us right away at artisanaljp@gmail.com with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will make it right.
